Case studies

Evidence that we understand premises like yours

Each case study sets out the original problem, the specification we built, the schedule we run and what changed for the client. Published with permission.

Dental & medical

Dental Practice, Southampton

Southampton, Hampshire

The challenge

The practice had inherited an arrangement where visits were inconsistent and nobody could say exactly what was meant to be cleaned. The practice manager was spending time each week checking and chasing.

The solution

We surveyed the practice with the manager, produced a written specification for each area, and set a fixed two-person team arriving after close with agreed key access.

The outcome

The practice manager no longer inspects the building each morning, and periodic floor care is now scheduled in advance rather than arranged in a hurry.

Frequency
Five evenings per week, after the last appointment
Areas covered
Reception, waiting room, corridors, staff room, admin office, washrooms and hard floors

Estate agents

Estate Agent Branch, Eastleigh

Eastleigh, Hampshire

The challenge

The branch frontage and internal glass were the first thing vendors saw, but glass was only being cleaned occasionally and the branch often opened with marked windows and dusty displays.

The solution

Glass and display units were written into the specification as priority tasks on every visit, with the schedule moved to pre-opening so the branch is presentable from the first appointment.

The outcome

The branch now opens consistently presentable, and the same specification has been extended to a second branch.

Frequency
Three early mornings per week, before opening
Areas covered
Window displays, internal glass, front-of-house, meeting area, kitchen and washroom

Offices

Professional Services Office, Winchester

Winchester, Hampshire

The challenge

A growing firm had outgrown an informal cleaning arrangement. Meeting rooms were not reliably reset and the kitchen was a recurring source of internal complaints.

The solution

A specification split by area and priority, with meeting rooms and the kitchen checked on every visit and carpet extraction scheduled quarterly.

The outcome

Internal complaints about the kitchen stopped, and the firm added a second floor to the contract as it expanded.

Frequency
Four evenings per week, plus quarterly periodic works
Areas covered
Open plan office, three meeting rooms, kitchen, washrooms, internal glass and carpets

What our clients say

Managers who no longer think about the cleaning

Testimonials are published with client permission. Where a business has asked not to be named, we show the role, sector and location instead.

The difference is that we never have to think about it. The team arrive when they say, the practice is right every morning, and if we need something changed it is dealt with the same day.

Our branch is our shop window. The glass and displays are done properly every visit, which sounds small until you have had a cleaner who skipped it.

Estate agent cleaning

We had a written specification before we signed anything, which no other company offered. It made the decision very easy and there have been no surprises since.
