From first enquiry to a cleaning programme that runs itself
Commercial cleaning should feel like appointing a supplier, not booking a cleaner. Here is exactly what happens.
- 01
Tell us about your premises
A short conversation or form covering your business type, size, current arrangement and what is not working.
- 02
We arrange a site survey
We walk the premises with you, note floor types, access, hours and priorities, and agree what good looks like.
- 03
We create a tailored specification
You receive a written cleaning specification and proposal — task by task, area by area, with frequencies.
- 04
We agree your schedule and team
Hours, keyholding, access and the named operatives who will attend are confirmed before the first visit.
- 05
We maintain standards and support you
Scheduled quality checks, a direct contact for anything urgent, and a specification we review as you change.
Why businesses choose us
A cleaning partner you can rely on
The building being clean is the easy part. What managers actually need is a supplier who turns up, follows the specification and never becomes another problem to manage.
Reliable teams
Named operatives who know your building, with planned cover so a visit is never simply missed.
Flexible schedules
Early morning, evening, overnight or daytime — built around your opening hours.
Consistent standards
A written specification means every visit is measured against the same agreed scope.
One named point of contact
You get a direct, named contact who answers — not a ticket queue or an unanswered mobile.
Appropriate insurance
We hold commercial insurance cover and provide certificates on request before a contract starts.
Trained staff
Operatives are vetted, inducted on your site and trained on the products and equipment they use.
Pricing
Why we don't publish a price per hour
Two offices of identical size can need completely different resource depending on footfall, floor types, washroom use and how presentable the space must be at 9am. A published rate would either overcharge you or under-resource your premises. Instead we survey, specify and then price — and the price holds because the scope is written down.
What our clients say
Managers who no longer think about the cleaning
Testimonials are published with client permission. Where a business has asked not to be named, we show the role, sector and location instead.
“The difference is that we never have to think about it. The team arrive when they say, the practice is right every morning, and if we need something changed it is dealt with the same day.”
Practice Manager
Dental practice, Southampton
Dental & medical cleaning
“Our branch is our shop window. The glass and displays are done properly every visit, which sounds small until you have had a cleaner who skipped it.”
Branch Manager
Estate agency, Eastleigh
Estate agent cleaning
“We had a written specification before we signed anything, which no other company offered. It made the decision very easy and there have been no surprises since.”
Operations Manager
Professional services firm, Winchester
Office cleaning
We publish an overall rating and review count once those figures can be independently verified on our Google Business Profile.
Areas we cover
Commercial cleaning across the South Coast
We work with businesses throughout Southampton and the surrounding Hampshire towns. If your premises sit just outside these towns, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can service it properly.
